Beautiful Hand Made Blankets
My Grandmother makes the most beautiful blankets. She has been knitting them for years. These are authentic blankets that she makes. She uses the highest quality yarn. These are not the mass produced made in China with the cheapest materials meant to be disposable type of blankets that seem to flood every baby store. Nor is this a marketing ploy to seem homey. I really do have a wonderful Grandmother who is now a Great Grandmother who knits every night. Everytime I have a baby she gives me one, and each one is more beautiful than the last. They are machine washable and they wash beautifully. I have one she gave me when my 7 year old was born and it still looks great! In fact, I also have one that she gave my Mother when I was born, I've even used it for my own children.
Not Everyone Has A Grandma Who Knits
My Grandmother sells her blankets to friends, but I think that she has such beautiful creations that more people should know about these. She has many different styles and colors to choose from and she even can create custom ones with the colors you choose if you want a specific color scheme.
